Privacy notice
Short version: your details are used to reply to you about grooming your dog, and nothing else.
Who's responsible
Hounds of Love Dog Grooming, a sole trader based in Stirling. Contact: hoflgrooming@gmail.com or 07800 580111.
What gets collected
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, a phone number or email address, your postcode, your dog's name, breed and grooming history, and anything you add in the message box.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, and arrange an appointment. This is on the basis of legitimate interests — you've asked about a service and a reply is expected.
Where it goes
When you submit the form, this website emails your details straight to Molly. Nothing is saved to the website or stored in a database. The website is hosted in the UK by Krystal Hosting. Your details aren't sold, shared or used for marketing, and there's no mailing list.
How long it's kept
Enquiries that don't turn into appointments are deleted within twelve months. If you become a client, contact and appointment details are kept while you're a customer and for two years afterwards.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from this website rather than a third party, so visiting this page doesn't tell anyone else you were here.
Links out to Facebook, WhatsApp and Google go to those companies' own services, which have their own privacy policies. Nothing is loaded from them unless you click.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what's held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hoflgrooming@gmail.com and it'll be dealt with within a month. If you're unhappy with the response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
